Only accredited press may access the concert. Ticket and accreditation badge may be picked up The Nobel Press Centre, located at NIPS – Norwegian International Press Centre. The Centre is open to both Norwegian and international media during the Nobel days. Wi-Fi is available. THE CONCERT PRESS CONFERENCE 2017

December 11th at 12:00 (12:00 p.m) at Det Norske Nobelinstitutt, Henrik Ibsens gate 51, 0255 Oslo, Norway.
The doors will open at 11:00 (11 a.m.). Everyone must be seated before 11.45, when the doors will close. P.S. Please make sure to be on site early if you plan to riq equipment. The press conference will start precisely 12:00 a.m. The press conference is open for accredited press only (to get your press accreditation badge and ticket see above).

 

ACCESS TO THE NOBEL PEACE PRIZE CONCERT

Press Entrance at The Telenor Arena is ENTRANCE 7 (see map).
Still Photographers, TV-Teams and Written Press shall all enter through
ENTRANCE 7. The same entrance as the accreditation badge is picked up.

The doors at Telenor Arena will open at 17:15.
Everyone must be seated before 18:45, when the doors will close.
Make sure to arrive early for the concert. It might take some time to access
the venue, as spectators will be arriving simultaneously.

 

WRITTEN PRESS IN PRESS ROOM

Written press will work in the press room. The press room contains workplaces (desk, chair, electricity and wi-fi).
The concert will be transmitted live on TV screens and sound system in the pressroom. Written press will upon request receive tickets to access the arena and have to be seated to watch the concert live in the arena. Please note; it will not be possible to bring laptops or working equipment with screens to the seat in the arena.

 

STILL PHOTOGRAPHERS IN ARENA

Still photographers will be guided to a designated area in the arena and must be at that position during the concert.
This area will be 50 cm above floor level, in the back of floor seating. Approximately 40 meters to A-stage, 20 meters to cat walk and B-stage. Please make sure to bring sufficient lens equipment. You may not walk about in the arena to take photos during the concert. The use of flash is strictly forbidden.

There will be a photo pool allowed to photograph the Royal box. NTB Scanpix will be one of the pool agencies in the pool. Questions of NTB Scanpix coverage can be addressed to jon.eeg@ntb.no

 

TV/RADIO TEAM – NEWS ACCESS – FILMING AND FEED

Recording of the first 10 minutes of the concert, for transmission of maximum 3 minutes for news purposes only, is possible via our feed station in the press room. No wireless equipment is allowed. Technical information feed: Broadcast format 1080 i / 50. Signal available as HD-SDI embedded signal on bnc-conector (Stereo audio mix embedded on ch 1&2). A written agreement about the use must be sign upon arrival. For TV/Radio team: Please contact the Press coordinator by mail: henning.jodnes@warnerbros.com as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.

 

THERE IS NO WIRELESS NETWORK IN TELENOR ARENA

Please note that it is non Wi-Fi network in the Telenor Arena

 

PARKING

There is no designated parking available for the press, only public parking at designated areas nearby.
